Our Health and Safety Policy, which provides the framework and principles to which we work, is distributed to all employees. Health and Safety Management is embedded in the company’s culture.
The Company’s Health and Safety Management System is available to all employees through an intranet-based Integrated Management System portal and has full UKAS accredited certification by BSI to BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
Our system meets and exceeds the requirements of all relevant health and safety legislation, codes of practice and guidelines. This is continually monitored through a robust programme of audits and inspections providing confidence to all our stakeholders.
We ensure that all employees and sub contractors are able to demonstrate competence for the roles which they are undertaking.
For work within the Rail Industry we operate a Rail Management System which is Link Up certified by Achilles. This system sits within our Integrated Management system framework.
