We have established groups of 'high potential' employees in order to provide more targeted development measures. Junior managers are recruited for the next highest management level from among these groups. The criteria for acceptance are clear and fair. Employee evaluations and management reviews are also carried out on a regular basis. We operate our own Training Centre that offers advanced seminars in specialized knowledge and procedures, social competence, client orientation, as well as leadership and management skills.
